Thanks for shopping with us! You will totally rock the studio, gym or cafe in our fitness and dance wear!!

But nobody is perfect 100% of the time, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items can be returned back to us for store credit which is valid for 2 months. Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, and unstained. You will need to cover the cost of return postage and send it back within 14 days of receiving your items, as well as email us (connect@evida.com.au) to let us know it is on the way. Your store credit will become active once the returned items have been assessed as in their original condition.

Faulty Items

Every garment is checked for quality before it is posted out. However, if we do miss a manufacturer’s fault, please let us know via email (connect@evida.com.au) and post it back to us within 14 days. Once the garment has been returned and fault assessed, we will offer you a choice or refund or 120% store credit.

  • Please note that we do not offer this return service for every-day wear and tear.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If you have an item that is deemed as faulty and a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment); or give you store credit to the value of 120% of what you paid for the item.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
